With that being said, try some back bends before your week is over! I'll admit that you'll either love them or hate them, but it wont hurt to try. Everyday, all day we are protecting our front bodies. Arms crossed, shoulders hunched, etc. No matter how you put it, we are closed off! Trying a back bend will open your heart, your chest, your core. Strengthen these muscles & engage them in a new way. Its great for emotional releases or just every day stress relief. I don't care where you are tonight or tomorrow! Treat your body to a little party trick. Remember to stretch & ease into it. A graudual pace is a healthy pace.
