Flabby arms?

Every one does yoga for different reasons & benefits. If one of those is for toning & losing weight try a simple half series flow. This tones the arms, works the chest, engages the core & is an overall great work out. Try a few each morning & increase as you begin to feel stronger. Just remember to always Breathe!
